How do I use it?
You simply place a pouch between your lip and gum! Either your lower or upper lip, we don't discriminate :)
How many do I take?
The FDA does not recommend more than 400MG of caffeine in a day, so we recommend no more than 10 pouches a day. If you are sensitive to caffeine DO NOT USE.
When do I feel the energy?
Within the first 5 - 10 minutes you will feel the effect of the caffeine.
Is there nicotine?
No nicotine, only caffeine & vitamins as the active ingriedients!
Why does it tingle?
